Lisa Dorfman, MS, RD, CSSD, LMHC, is Director of Sports Nutrition and Performance in the Department of Sports Medicine and an adjunct professor at the University of Miami. A health expert for more than two decades & Nutrition Editor for SoBeFit Magazine, Lisa has appeared on 20/20, Dateline, FOX News, CNN, MSNBC and ESPN and has been featured in numerous publications including: USA Today, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, & New York Times. Known as “The Running Nutritionist™,” she is a competitive athlete with more than 34 marathons, the Ironman, and hundreds of races worldwide. Lisa has a private practice in Miami and New York City.

Sandra J. Gordon is the author of eight books including The Reunion Diet; the 8th, 9th, and 10th editions of Consumer Reports Best Baby Products; Heart to Heart: Personal Lessons on Preventing Heart Disease; The Shy Single; The Aging Eye, and The 30 Secrets of the World’s Healthiest Cuisines. In addition to books, Sandra writes about health, nutrition, parenting, and consumer issues for leading magazines such as Prevention, Parents, Parents Expecting, American Baby, More, Self, Redbook, Shape, Vitality, ShopSmart, Family Circle, Fitness, Ladies’ Home Journal, Cooking Light, Woman's Day, Parenting and Fit Pregnancy. Sandra has appeared on The Today Show and The Discovery Channel’s Make Room for Baby as a baby safety expert as well as television news programs across the country as a spokesperson for Consumer Reports. She started her career as an assistant food editor at Glamour. Sandra resides in Connecticut with her husband, Ron, and their two daughters, Rebecca and Amelia.
